Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actor who became well-known for her portrayal of vulnerable, but strong characters. Linney was raised in the theatre of her family, with her father, Romulus Linney writing plays. Linney graduated at Brown University in 1986 and later studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City was her first stop in the 1990s. She performed on Broadway for the first time in the year 1990.
